Recommended Cars

The first car that you should buy is the Subaru Impreza. The second best car to race would be the Toyota Celica. With the Celica, you should be able to be number one in drift, circuit, and drag racing.

Fast Getaway

When racing in Underground mode or against a friend, never use the emergency brake (L). Using it will almost make you come to a complete stop, allowing your opponent to pass you. The best way is to just let off the gas for a few seconds before your next turn.

Win a race easier

When you are at the starting line and it’s say 3..2…… and so on. Keep reving your car. Don’t keep A on or it’ll skid and you’ll have a bad start. When your off racing, when you get to a corner get really close to the corners but don’t hit them! You are getting more in front of the oponent(s). When you get to a straight don’t turn one bit. Carry on going and you catch so much speed! You will be flying ahead now. When you turn a corner don’t let go of A only if it looks like your going to hit the wall. Then slam it straight on again after. Keep this up all the way through the track. Make sure you don’t waste your Nitrous because your gonna need it for the straights. You can now win easily.

Higher team overall statistic

Go to season mode and then the rosters section. Create a player with good stats like a good shooter or keeper. Put the player on your team using the edit lines screen(on the rosters screen), the stats you have given that player will make your teams ‘overall’ stat go up and hey presto a better team overall.

Free Free Throws

If you mess up on your free throw (the lines are not aligned) press START before the next ball lands and then go to Controller Select, press X, then press either START or X again to go on “Ready!” to resume the game. Your free throw lines should reset and you can shoot your free throws over again (thus getting a free retry).

Touchdown celebrations

Hold one of the following buttons immediately before scoring a touchdown at the risk of an unsportsman-like conduct penalty:

Easy reload

This trick requires a controller with an auto-fire feature and the Guncom2. Set up the Guncom2 as usual, then take the auto-fire controller and use it in port one. Set reload to auto-fire. The controller reloads as you do all the hard work.

Accuracy saves health

If you try to empty out your bullets into the enemy’s head as fast as possible, this can make you lose more health. Try to limit the speed of your trigger finger . The more bullets you shoot, the more times you have to reload and become vulnerable to being attacked.
