Cheat mode

At the title screen, hold L1 + Select and press Triangle. This will enable a cheat menu with invincibility and level select.

Health Pack in the Swamps of Naboo

On the second level The Swamps of Naboo when you get to the little place with all the Gungan frogs go to the left of the grass and you’ll find a trail that ledds to a big health pack.

Underwater Lightsaber

It is possible to take out your lightsaber while in the water. Press start, highlight “Weapons” and select the lightsaber.

Cheat mode doesn’t work unless you have this

First, go down to the options menu, but don’t press anything! Just highlight it. Then press: triangle, circle, R1, L2, left, right, square, circle. THEN, and only THEN, can you press L1, select, Triangle. THAT will unlock the cheat mode for invincibility, level select, and debug mode.

Easy kill Destroyer Droids

To easily kill a Destroyer Droid, run up to it while it is rolling and jump in front of it. It should stop rolling. When it stops, jump before it raises it’s shields. When you land, do the spin attack. Do this a few times and it will be destroyed without you losing much health!

Become Extremely Powerful in a Relatively Short Time

There are several methods to become very powerful that are available quite early in the game, here are a few.

1.In the beginning of the game, there is a mountain dungeon that isn’t meant to be faced until much later, thusly the enemies will raise your characters’ levels VERY quickly. At first they’ll kick your butt, but with every victory you eke out, you’ll become stronger [kitchen knife skill makes things easier here, btw] you can build your characters to 3000 hp levels here with some work.

2.Make sure you learn pickpocket [poker face and courage skills] and save up 40,000 bucks. Make your way over to Clik harbor and purchase a thief’s glove. Now you can go on a world stealing tour, and get many things. Very notably, there is a man in Mars who carries a treasure box, which when used will dispense three random items. Once you get it, save your game and open it until you get what you want. Though it usually gives you items and such, it occasionally gives you VERY powerful weapons including the Force Sword, the Sorceress Knuckle, and the very rare and powerful Marvel Sword.

3.Later in the game, in the colusseum, the A-class battle earns you right around 100,000 exp, and allows you to quickly build levels until about level 105 [note: Level 90 is adequate to beat the limited version last boss]

4.On one of the snowy islands near Giveaway, there is a shop that sells magical rasp, which allows you to create the most powerful weapons and armor in the game.

Discovering Talents

When you learn the super specialty skill “Orchestra”, and have enough songs and instruments for each character, use this skill and for a short

time, you will be able to create items without the necessary talents. (For Example: cooking without the talent “Sense Of Smell”.) While the

song is playing, you will have the chance to learn a new talent by using your specialty skills. (For Example: While the orchestra song is playing,

use the cooking “Machinery” skill to learn the talents Dexterity and Sense of Design.)

Easy Level Up

Use Reverse Side to make a forged medal, and then duplicate it as many times as you want to with Reproduction. The forged medals bring a

character to 1 point under a level up.

Easy Money

When you get your Super Specialty Skill “Master Chef” up to level 6 or higher, go to a store that sells fruits, vegetables, and egg/dairy

products. But 20 of each, then go to Super Specialty Skills and choose “Master Chef” in the item screen, then pick 1 fruit and 1 dairy. Every

other try or so (depending on your skill level) you should create “Coconut Milk” which sells for overy 1000 Fol a piece!! You can also take 2

vegetables and make “Fried Vegetables” which sells for over 2000 Fol a piece!

Keep creating the food until you run out of ingredients then go sell everything you created, buy more ingredients and do it again until you have

the desired amount of money you want.

Easy Skill Level Gain

For an easy way to level up skills, you need to level up the perserverance skill to level 10. After you do this, leveling up the other skills will be

much easier. For example making it where you can level up most skills with just one Skill Point.

Hidden Dungeon

Save in front of the last boss, and leave the final dungeon. Proceed to fun city and talk to the old man in the back area of the colusseum. Say

yes to all his questions, and you’ll be transported back to expel, in Arlia. You’ll notice two important things that are different: 1.There is a

penguin walking around where you appear, talk to him and call him silly, he’ll kick you back to Nede. 2. When you leave, there will be a

Synard waiting for you. Hop on it and head to the area you couldn’t access without it, the dungeon should be glowing with a red dot. Land

and enter. The special dungeon is very tough, much harder than the regular last Dungeon…in fact, you’ll start out fighting harder enemies than

you saw in the normal last dungeon on the very first floor.

Hidden Dungeon Tips

The Hidden dungeon is tough and interesting at the same time. There a various enemies here that have a word in front of their name that are very tough…however, there are weapons [normally useless] that have that same word that wil kill the enemy with one hit. Example:Lvl.99 Funny Thief…pretty tough, Lvl.99 Funny Thief when someone has the Funny Slayer…one hit kill. On the sixth level, there will be a man who occasionally appears in the statue room. He sells very rare stuff, including all the rare metals, the real tri-emblem [not the fake "emplem"], and items that can teleport you out of the dungeon….for you see, there are no save points, so if you are on level 13 of the dungeon and die, your screwed, so you must leave to save on occasion, and when you re-enter there will be methods of going down quickly, such as a trap door. The dungeon also contains very powerful equipment, including [but not limited to] The Levantine Sword, Ashton’s ultimate attack, Leon’s ultimate attack, Celine’s ultimate attack, the angel armband,several pair of bunny shoes, and the valiant armor. As far as monsters go, from around level 3 onward, you may run into boss class monsters as normal fights…you can even run into the last boss of the dungeon as a normal

enemy, so be careful.

Priest’s Password

In the demon’s den there is a glass priest who asks you for the special word necessary to get the cardkey. The password is APOCA.

Rip Off Santa

Here is a simple cheat that will help you purchase those majorly overpriced Santa Boots 10,000,000 Fol) from Santa, the wandering merchant on the 6th floor of the Cave of Trials. First off, you have to meet him. Santa will appear randomly on Level 6, usually by the statues of the thieves so if he isn’t there the first time, try leaving the dungeon and comming back. When you finally meet up with him, he will sell Sage’s Stones for 50,000 Fol a piece and buy them back for 65,000 Fol. Buy 20 Sage’s Stones and sell them right back to him for a 15,000 Fol profit!! Now, if you have the super specialty command Identify All, you can make a 45,000 Fol profit by buying low and selling high! I

just wonder if I’ll get that Eternal Sphere I wanted for Christmas?

The Ring of Happiness

When you are told to go to the town of Cross for the first time,stop in Alen’s house on your way through. Talk to him twice. The second time he should give you the “Ring of Happiness”.

Two Levels for the Price of One

You must have two items in your inventory for this to work: “Forged Medals” and the “Dream Bracelet.” (I suggest reproducing medals until you have many). Equip the Dream Bracelet on the character you wish to level. Now use a Forged Medal on that character. De-equip the Dream Bracelet. After the next battle, you will gain two levels, at the cost of only one Forged Medal.

Universal Difficulty Level

If you get over 45% of the voice clips, which is about 600 or so, a new ‘Universal’ difficulty level will open up. Enemy HP and Attack power is doubled in this mode.

Go back to Expel

When you are about to meet the final boss save and head back out of the tower and go to fun city and talk to the old man in the battle arena and answer every question with “yes”. WARNING: I haven’t found a way back to Nede ^_^

Secret Shop

During the second disk after you get the Synard fly around the snowy islands and between the 2 large islands are 3 smaller ones land on the middle island and run around unitll the screen fades a way and you end up some where.

Getting the Enternal Sphere

First get the Sharp Edge from Gamgee after the tournament of arms then use the customize speciatly and combine it with mithril and then you’ll get the minus sword, then combine another piece of mithril and you’ll have the Enternal Sphere (it helps to have the orchestra playing while doing this) ^_^

Going to and from Ned

When you reach the final save before the last boss, save your game. Then, leave Feenal (or whatever it’s called) and head for Fun City. When you get there, go to the Battle Arena. Talk to the old guy in the back of the colluseum. Answer ‘yes’ to all of his questions and you’ll be transported back to Arlia. Feel free to explore Expel as long as you want. When you complete the Trial Cavern (or are done exploring), head back to Arlia. Next to the Item shop there’s a small pen with what looks like a penguin walking around in it. Talk to it and it will say something unintelligible. You then have two options. They’re something like 1) I don’t understand. 2) Stupid something. If you pick the second option, the ‘penguin’ will send you back to Ned. If you want to return, just talk to the old guy again. Good luck!

Fight the Harder Version of the Final Boss

(To do this you must have seen the private action at Clik)

Save in front of the final boss and head back out the tower and go back to Central City and do a private action, then go into City Hall and you will see the same girl that was at Clik trying to warn the people about whats is going to happen. Now you can go fight the Boss.

the Final boss usualy has 500,000HP but now he has 1,500,000HP! most of his spells do 9999 damage which would kill you outright. all I have to say is good luck, you’ll need it. ^_^

Funny Slayer

This tip is for receiving the ‘Funny Slayer’ sword, before the ‘Cave of Trials’. Here’s how you do it, after finishing up the ‘Lacour, Tournament of Arms’, go to the tiny town of Salva. There you’ll see a worried looking man named Raddle the Traveler. By talking to him he’ll ask which way is it to Herlie. Replying ‘North’ will be the correct answer, and he will thank you and be off. Then, after conquering the ‘Mountain Palace’. Go to the slightly bigger city of Mars. Going inside the the only store on the west side you will see Raddle the Traveler again. Talking to him will have him respond by saying that he lost his way and will ask you for directions again. Now say that Herlie is further east. Finally go and retrieve Leon, for the mission to retrieve the Energy Stone. Once you have retrieved the Energy Stone, go look around Hilton. If you have done everything I told you, you will see Raddle the Traveler. Tell him the proper direction to Herlie again. Now, in the second disk, when you go back to ‘Virtual Expel’, you will see Raddle the Traveler in the hotel in Herlie. He will thank you profoundly and give you a token of his gratitude. The sword will be the ‘Funny Slayer’. Now you can beat the Level 6 boss with ease.

Noel is the best at playing the Illusive Shamisen, if anyone else plays it, you will not have good results.

Leon is the best at playing the Cello, if anyone else plays it, you will not have good results.

Ernest’s Best Instrument

Ernest is the best at playing the Cembalo, if anyone else plays it, you will not have good results.

Powerful Equipment early in the game

To get real powerful gear early in the game go to the port town of Herlie and purchase the thieves gloves at 40,000 fol a pair. Also purchase the skills from all the towns so far. To help earn more money increase the playful skill. It will help you raise money early. Also build your skills until you learn pickpocket. With one of your characters, if they don’t have it already, learn the talent dexterity. When you have built your pickpocket skill to 10 and have the dexterity ability high. Save your game outside of the town of Mars and enter. Equip the Thief gloves and steal off the elder. If you fail, just reload your save. Repeat until you get the ? box. Once again step outside of town and save. Then open the box. You will get three random items. If the items are not to your liking, just reload your save. Some of the items you can get are the Force Sword or Battle armor. Far superior equipment that won’t be found until disc 2 of the game.

Increased steal chance

If you decide to get Precis in your party, she joins with the ability title machinist or something similar. Buy as many machine kits as you can from the local stores and have her use the command until she gets the magicians gloves, which has a higher steal chance than the thieves gloves.

Easy level gain

Early in the game, to make things easier, its best to levl off of some strong, yet able to kill monsters. When you go to Cross and get Celine head to the Cross cave and level to about 10. Leave the cave and go to the town of Mars just northeast of the Cross cave. Fighting in the forest outside of the town you will sometimes run into some hour glass creatures which give about 1,500 exp per battle. With the fol you earn after combat, buy your best equipment in Mars and also purchase the brigandine for Claude in the port town just east of Mars. Purchase the skills at the guild as well, they will come in handy to have them now. When you are about level 15 to 20, head to the mountain north west of Cross Castle. On the mountain you will fight some very strong monsters, some of which could kill your party in one hit. Recharge as often as needed, and save often, head back to Cross to heal hp/mp as necessary. You also have a high chance of obtaining the Walloon sword. A very powerful weapon for Claude this early in the game.

Easy Money

To perform this cheat you will need Ashton in your group. When you first reach energy Nede, buy 20 Lotus Eaters meant for Ashton. Buy iron ore and make them into Orihalcum. Go to the next town and buy the instruments there. If you have bought all the instruments you can so far you should be able to learn some songs and open up the Orchestra ability. Use it to up your chances of creating the Orihalcum and when you have the 20 you need. Continue using Orchestra and customize the Lotus Eaters with Orihalcum, you will create the Melufa which sell for 1.5 million fol apiece! To make even more money use the identify all skill and sell high for more cash. Do this as many times as desired for large sums of cash flow.

Go back to Arlia

Before defeating the final boss leave the tower and go back to fun city talk to the mysterious old man and answer yes to his question and he will send you back to get back to fun city talk to Vern Vern in Arlia and tell him he is silly.

At the start of the game you will hear a voice say Namco. Hold L1+L2 then press UP for Seung Mina’s voice, DOWN for a quick voice or BACK for a normal voice.

Play as Evil Siegfried

Find Siegfried’s 8th weapon in Edge Master mode.

Play as Han Myong

After Soul Edge becomes selectable, beat Arcade Mode using Hwang, then Seung Mina immediately afterward. There are conflicting reports whether you must see both endings for these characters or not.

Play as Sophitia in a Bathing Suit

Get every character’s 8th weapon in Edge Master mode.

Play as Sophitia without Armor

Find Sophitia’s 8th weapon in Edge Master mode.

Play as Soul Edge

To play as Soul Edge, beat Arcade Mode with each character, OR leave the game running for 20 hours. If you pause mid-game, this ‘timer’ will still continue to run.

Obtain each character’s “Ultimate Weapon”

1. Finish the “Edge Master Mode”.

2. Let the credite run.

3. The game will return to your character standing on Spain.

4. Travel to the countries adjacent to Spain and defeat the opponents there again.

5. The Ultimate Weapon will be randomly hidden in one of those countries. You will be given your weapon when you win in the stage where it was placed. If you lose, the weapon will move to an random adjacent location.

Tips

As with most first-person hand-to-hand combat games, the general technique with melee weapons is to rush in, attack, and then rush back out of range.

Aiming is annoyingly exact, so if you can’t strike low enough to hit the ground spider, adjust your viewing angle until your blows connect.

Monsters often lie in wait right behind closed doors, so be cautious when opening them, especially with low health.

When crossing over pits and drops, always try to look down and move slowly. It’s incredibly easy to fall to your death.

Extra stages ans characters

Beat the game using all the five Jedi’s to unlock four extra stage and three extra characters.

Play as Queen Amidala

To access Queen Amidala, beat the game on “Jedi Mode” with Obi-Wan Kenobi. After doing this, go to the character selection screen on the game you beat on “Jedi Mode” with Obi-Wan Kenobi. Now highlight Obi-Wan, but DO NOT SELECT HIM (In other words, move your green character selector onto Obi-Wan’s picture, then stop!) Now hold down Select. The picture at the top of the screen should change from Obi-Wan to Queen Amidala. Now press “X” to select the Queen.

Play as Captain Panaka

First, beat the game on Jedi mode with Plo Koon. Next, highlight Plo and press select. Captain Panaka’s picture should replace Plo Koon’s at the top. Press X and you will play as Captain Panaka. Note: Both he and Queen Amidala use a blaster and fists.

Ultimate Saber mode

Beat the four extra stages to unlock the ultimate saber mode.

Point Trick

In almost all levels you can get thousands upon thousands of extra points easily. First what you need to do is have a buch of extra credits. Then when you encounter one of those things that let you come back there when you die, and make sure you have killed everything behind it and near it. Then hit the thing and die purposely. You will go back to the thing and all the enemies will be back. Then run back as far as you can go and kill everything. Please note that this doesnt work on all continue points but it does on most of them. If you die this can be quite time consuming so try not to die.

The Final Battle – Force Field Room

Play as Yoda

Beat the game on “Jedi Mode” and beat it with Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi. “Jedi Mode” is not hard at all if you use the jedi you are used to. My dog on the game is Obi-Wan ’cause he’s quick with his saber.

Hidden Secret Life

In the first level go to where you have to jump from platform to platform. Jump on the first platform and instead of jumping to the right jump to the left.

Very Easy 2500pts

After getting to the room where you save the queen, and after defeating all the droids in the room jump on the left side of the table then jump onto the seat then you get 2500 pts.

Hidden ending

Beat the game, then during the ending sequence do not press any buttons. Now wait approximately three minutes after the phrase “The End” appears for a bonus ending.

Crash Team Racing demo

At the main menu, hold L1 + R2 and press Square.

Finding Gems

Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and Sparks will point you in the direction of the nearest Gem.

Easy lives

Go to the circular area in Aquaria Towers, where you ride the Manta Ray. Follow the edge of the room and ram the sheep that appear. The sheep will regenerate with each “lap” around the room. An extra life is earned for every ten butterflies that are eaten.

Extra lives

An extra life is obtained for every ten butterflies Spyro eats.

Skill points

After defeating Ripto, a “Skill Points” section will appear in the guidebook. If you complete certain tasks in the game, you will be awarded a skill point. There are a total of 16 skill points in the entire game. After accomplishing one of these tasks, a sound will play and a bonus life will be awarded.

1. In Colusus, get a perfect score. (5-0) while playing hockey 1 on 1.

2. In Idol Springs, glide and land on the big idol next to the hula girl.

3. In Fracture Hills, charge through the supercharge lap three times without stopping.

4. In Skelos Badlands, destroy all the Cacti.

5. In Skelos Badlands, kill all the flying CatBats.

6. In Aquaria Towers, destroy all the seaweed.

7. In Hurricos, destroy all the little windmills.

8. In Scorch, knock coconuts out of all the trees.

9. Defeat Crush without being wounded.

10. Defeat Gulp without being wounded.

11. Defeat Ripto without being wounded.

12. While fighting Gulp, shoot a rocket at Ripto.

13. Beat Ocean Speedway in under 1:10.

14. Beat Canyon Speedway in under 1:10.

15. Beat Metro Speedway in under 1:15.

16. Beat Icy Speedway in under 1:15.

Speedway Orbs

To earn the Orb in each of the four speedways you must first find the hidden task to perform. The game cannot be completed 100% without the Orbs.

Ocean Speedway

There is a large group of spectators, ahead and to the left as you begin the level . Fly to them and talk to the fish-like lady to acquire the task. Complete the task to receive an Orb.

Metro Speedway

Fly toward the large group of buildings. There is a waterfall in the center of them. Fly behind the waterfall to find a person that will reveal the task for the Orb.

Icy Speedway

Fly around the main island until you locate a igloo. Headbash the igloo and Hunter will give you another task.

Canyon Speedway

Follow the path of goats until reaching the area with the circling vultures. Fly high above to the canyon rim and look for Hunter in a little nook.

Summer Forest Orbs

Find Hunter near the large pond and he will reveal a series of jumps to perform.

Dive down a pool of water to your left where you started the level. Climb the stairs at the end to find the Orb.

Once you have learned to climb, go to the large orange circle room. Climb the ladder to find the Orb.

There is a door then some stairs in the room where Moneybags lowers a wall. At the top should be a window and a closed door to the right. Glide out the window and move to the left into another window to find the Orb.

Autumn Plains Orbs

Before the stairs leading to the Boss Are some cracks in the wall which you can ram through. Use the whirlwind, and then the next one, to reach the high tower. From here, look ahead and you will see a tall platform in the distance, outside and to the left of the outer wall of the main yard. Glide to it and get the Orb.

Another description to get this Orb is as follows: climb up all the ladders next to Moneybags. Turn left at the portal to Scorch. Go down the hallway until you find a cracked wall on your left. Break the wall by charging into it. Go up the whirlwind. At the top of it, you will find a few gems. Then, go up the other whirlwind. Glide from the platform to the long green platform. There should be an Orb at that location.

From the tall platform (above), glide the outer wall and make your way to the left. At the end you should see another cracked wall. The Orb is inside.

Winter Tundra Orbs

Use the whirlwind in the courtyard to rise high in the air. From here, go right and find the a waterfall going into a pool of water. Dive in the water and follow the path to the last Orb. You should come out near Canyon Speedway.

Use the whirlwind again to go to the left side of the courtyard. Land on the wall. The Orb is just sitting there and is easy to find.

After you learn how to headbash, look for the largest rock near the entrance to the courtyard. Headbash the rock and to find the Orb inside.

Orb on Secret Ledge in Summer Forest

To get that orb at that ledge you saw at the last pillar of Hunter’s challenge, you need to go back at the portal leading to Glimmer and then dive in the pond. Follow the path, while collecting the treasure then go up the steps and get the orb.

Orbs in Autumn Plains

To get one orb, you need to find Elora and talk to her. She is supposed to say something about a whirlwind being activated by orbs. You should collect enough orbs to activate it. When it’s activated, go up then glide to the ledge. Go all the way to the end wall then charge it to get one orb.

To get the other orb on the faraway ledge, climb the ladder near Moneybags then climb those two ladders that leads to the portal near Scorch. Go through to the tunnel and charge the cracked wall. Go up the whirlwind, collect the treasure then go up the next whirlwind. Make a very long glide to the ledge and finally get the orb!

Rescue the Faun

Pre-requisites:

1. You MUST know the headbash move.

2. You MUST have killed all of the earthshapers, some of them can be pushed into lava, the rest are taken care of by…

3. You must complete both of Hunter’s tasks (Alchemist Escort & Earthshaper Bash).

4. You MUST have killed AT LEAST 14 enemies in this area.

In Authumn Plains/Fracture Hills talk to Spinner the Faun, she tells you about her friend in the locked room w/o a key. Just to her left there is a little gulley, drop down in there and you’ll be on a path. Run down the path (Pressing the square button), through the power up (speed). Continue running breaking through the 1st door. Follow the path around, just as it makes a sharp left press the jump button (X), but don’t release the run button (this whole thing must be done while running super-fast). You should jump up into the tunnel, continue running through the tunnel to the right, then to the left, then JUMP again just after you make your left to clear the edge at the end of the tunnel breaking through the 2nd door. Keep running following the path, jump over the lava and follow the path breaking right through the 3rd door, follow the path through this tunnel and as soon as you exit, veer to your left and head up the ramp and through the 4th door, keep following through this tunnel and as soon as you exit you’ll be running down a very narrow elevated path. Follow this path all the way until it ends and you will be running super fast right towards the locked door, jump to clear the edge and bust through the door. The faun will be waiting and give you an orb for your efforts.

Treasure Box in Cave

** THIS SOLUTION IS 90% THE SAME AS RESCUE THE FAUN, ONLY THE ENDING IS DIFFERENT **

Pre-requisites:

1. You MUST know the headbash move.

2. You MUST have killed all of the earthshapers, some of them can be pushed into lava, the rest are taken care of by…

3. You must complete both of Hunter’s tasks (Alchemist Escort & Earthshaper Bash).

4. You MUST have killed AT LEAST 14 enemies in this area.

Follow the instructions to the Rescue the Faun. Go through the 4th door, keep following through this tunnel and as soon as you exit you’ll be running down a very narrow elevated path. Follow this path out to the left as normal, but as it starts to turn to the right jump down to your left and land just outside the treasure cave, jump again to clear the edge (jumping up into the cave) and smash into the treasure box breaking it open.

Untimed hockey Games in Colossus

When at the colossus in the summer forest get to the hockey stage. If you leave the arena and go back in the game will be untimed but you only get one chance and then the puck disappears. If you beat the goalee you will go to two player mode. At this point leave again and then return. The puck never disappears and it’s untimed!

Fireballs all the time

In dragon shores there is a portal that can give you fireballs all the time, all you have to do is get 100% in the game. That’s 60 orbs and 10,000 in treasure.

All Abilities

While the game is paused press circle(x4), square. Spyro now knows how to swim underwater, climb, and headbash.

Big Head Mode

While the game is paused press up(x4), R1(x4), circle. Now Spyro will have a huge head.

After you charge the first person onto the X, go right of the X until you see some ladders. Make your way right by jumping right off the first ladder. Go right Until you see a hole. Jump in an hunter will be in a room waiting to challenge you to “Catch It Before Me” challenge.

PS: In the challenge you have to catch 10 green things before hunter does.

Amazing view in Summer Forest

This isn’t a code actually, it is just a hint or tip. All you have to do is learn to swim, and then that long water tunnel you enter, go up the stairs, get the orb and carefully jump through the hole on left between the hill and tower. You get an amazing view of the water tunnel! Also you can breath fire. Try to flame the fish. It is easier to do with a fireball. Note: you will have to quit the game after this though. But you can come back though.
